Preparing Listing Marketing
Create a Property, Open House or Broker Flyer (after entered into MLS)
If your property is not yet listed in the MLS or you are not the listing agent - please follow these directions.
After logging into Back at You, from left-hand menu navigation, select Listings and then under For Sale, select Listings
Locate and click on the correct listing
In the top right-hand corner, select Print/Email Flyer
Select your desired template
Click on the text and image boxes to make desired changes to the template (outlined in light grey outline)
Once you’ve got it to how you would like it to look, click Save and Print and this will open a PDF for you to print as you normally print pdfs.
Add Seller Story to Listing in Back at You
After logging into Back at You, from left-hand menu navigation, select Listings and then under For Sale, select Listings
Locate and click on the correct listing
Scroll to the bottom of the page, until you get to the Story section
Copy & paste story into text box and in the top right-hand corner click Save (please note this will only change on CB Heritage / Lingle websites and your agent website, this will not update Zillow or Realtor.com with this story)
