This challenge focuses on organizing your contacts, targeted communication, and strategic engagement to strengthen your business foundation.

What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Connect with 5 people weekly to keep your relationships strong and active.

  • Add new leads consistently to expand your reach.

  • Organize & Segment Your Contacts: You’ll create A, B, and C lists based on the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework to better prioritize your clients and leads for future marketing efforts.

  • Develop a Targeted Communication Plan: Design a plan that fits your audience’s needs, considering the best communication medium, frequency, and budget.

  • Boost Your Lead Follow-Up: Proactively schedule follow-ups for your top contacts based on their status within your sales cycle, ensuring timely engagement.

  • Get set up with retargeting ads on Facebook and Instagram, taking your marketing to the next level.

  • Launch Strategic Campaigns: Set up personalized email campaigns, print communications, and digital ads to effectively engage with each segment of your SOI.

How It Works:

  • Week 1: Contact Pull & Initial Engagement – We pull your contacts while you start reaching out to key people.

  • Week 2: Organize & Segment – We clean your contacts while you group them, categorize by A/B/C lists, and plan your communication strategy.

  • Week 3: Finalize & Schedule Follow-Ups – Keep building momentum by refining your contact groups and scheduling follow-ups according to your communication plan.

  • Week 4: Campaign Launch & Retargeting Setup – We assist with setting up email campaigns, mailers, and retargeting lists, guiding you in launching your personalized marketing efforts.

What We Need From You:

  • For 4 weeks, we will need 2-4 hours of your time each week. If you anticipate any vacations or major life changes (yourself or family), please hold off on scheduling until you are available.

  • Contact Entry:
    You must enter at least 2 new contacts per week into your database.

  • Contact Engagement:
    You must contact at least 5 people from your sphere each week through email, phone, or other communication channels.

  • Grouping & Categorizing Contacts:
    You are required to group and categorize your contacts within the designated week to ensure your communication plan is well-targeted and organized.

  • Timely Completion of Tasks:
    You must complete each assigned task within the designated weekly timeframe to stay on track and get the most out of the challenge.

  • Weekly Call on Friday:
    Each Friday for 4-weeks, you’ll join a group check-in zoom call with other Soaring agents participating in the challenge. This is an opportunity to share your progress, discuss successes and challenges, and stay accountable as a group. It’s a great way to stay connected and motivated!

  • Optional Weekly Zoom Assistance Session

    To support you throughout the program, we are offering an optional weekly 1-hour zoom session on Wednesday mornings. During this time, you can ask any questions you have about the steps in the program, receive guidance, and ensure you're on track to maximize your success. This is a great opportunity to get real-time help with any part of the process.

Preparation for Our First Meeting:

The goal of the first meeting is to gather your contact lists from the original sources. You must have the following information ready for the sources you plan to pull from, with tested and working logins:

  • Google or Apple Login

  • Lead Program Exports

  • CSV/Excel Client List

  • Dotloop Username/Password

If you do not have this information ready, please work on gathering this info ahead of scheduling.
