AGENT VIDEO PILOT

We are piloting a brand new program in 2025 to help agent’s build quality, custom video content.

• Please note: Due to the custom nature of videos, videos will be completed in the order of when video has been taken.

• For time sensitive content, this will be best done with tripod individually.

• The first rough draft timeline will be 2 weeks from video shoot.

• Additional edits can 1+ weeks depending on edits needed and other time commitments.

Process:

1. Complete Video Request Form

2. Complete Your Creative Brief - need help with this? Schedule a meeting with a marketing specialist.

3. Submit Creative Brief to Heymarketing@coldwellbankerishome.com

4. Marketing team will send you calendar link to schedule video shoot

5. Once video shoot is complete, marketing will have 2 weeks for first draft

6. Once draft is ready it will be sent to you for review. Please respond promptly to keep edits within timeline. We anticipate 1 week per set of revisions, but may be more depending on your request for edits.

7. Once final draft is sent to you for review and it’s complete, you can either Schedule a meeting with your marketing specialist to go through potential ideas to market this video or sign-up for Digital Advertising Campaign Management to get a digital campaign set-up for this video
